Kier Pell

Kier has worked in several industries over the past twenty years.  During this time, he has fulfilled an array of operational roles, ranging from entry-level to Senior Management, and spanning several business functions.  This has provided him with a rounded appreciation of business operations and the benefits of harnessing technology and data, in the workplace.

Utilising ERP/WMS systems (particularly, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 Business Central) have formed an integral part of Kier’s work experience.  Consequently, he has been involved with numerous tasks and projects relating to the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of such systems.

Kier is naturally analytical and takes a holistic and objective approach to understanding a business and its processes.  In his roles prior to joining BN-IS, Kier repeatedly identified improvement opportunities and successfully effected positive change, whilst also adapting to meet evolving business needs.  His hands-on experience, coupled with critical thinking, can help deliver solutions that bridge the gap between theory and practicality.

Kier joined BN-IS towards the end of 2021, providing additional support at a time of growth, and to further complement the existing experience and skill set within the team.

Away from work, one of Kier’s main interests is music and at the age of fourteen, he began learning to play the guitar.  He has gone on to play in various bands over the years and still gigs today – occasionally!  Other interests include sports, exercising and reading, to name a few.
