Will Allwright

Will joined BN-IS in January 2023, starting his career in IT following over a decade in Hospitality and Customer Experience roles.

Will’s earliest foray into IT started at a young age, growing up around Data Centres when visiting his Dad at work. He got his first summer jobs removing Coaxial and redundant cables from Data Centres and installing new Fibre.

Following Sixth Form, Will started working in Hospitality; moving up the management ranks in different bars and restaurants until he was made General Manager of a popular nightclub. He used the work experience he had gained to apply for university and was accepted to the University of the West of England to study Business and Management.

Will achieved a First Class Honours Bachelor while working as the Head of Beer and Customer Experience, volunteering with the UWE Men’s Rugby Team as both Treasurer and Vice-President, and creating the UWE Business and Management Society.

Joining the BN-IS team, Will brings fresh ideas, a grounding in best-practise project management, a professional understanding of our client’s needs and how we can improve their customer’s experience.

Outside of work, Will is a keen fan of Rugby, American Football and esports with hobbies that include golf, skiing, beer and coffee tastings.
